Gosh! Time flies when you're doing the same thing every day! Siding and wiring...
The siding is to the point of setting up scaffolding and will require two people to finish the gable ends on the garage.
We have our electrical inspection scheduled for Monday, Yea!!!!! Then we'll call for the framing inspection!
It's warmed up enough that Mom is finishing the exterior doors (1 started, 6 to go)!
Me an Osker have been keeping an eye on Mom when she works in the garden, and Dad when he's mowing. We've been playing in the creek, going on daily walks, and Mom is trying to teach us to heel--yeah, right.
Zoey invites you to view her scrapbook as her parents build her a new house overlooking Sugar Pine Creek!

A few good days of weather! Got the garage "man"-doors installed; now can start on siding. Electrical is still plugging along. The attic is done, the main floor is done; we're working in the basement now.
With the rain and sunshine comes the first mow of the season! Love the emerald green grass! Dad has been hacking the blackberries back on the hillside near the house. Mom has started turning over her garden beds!

Just two days of rain and the creek was snortin! With rain comes mud. Me and Osker were mud wrestling!
I hurt my tail. Not sure how it happened. Too much wagging, or hit it, or fell on it. I had to go to the Doctor's and get a shot for pain. He said tail injuries are common in Labradors. At least it's not broken. I have to take it easy for a week.
It hurts to wag.

We had a couple snow days this past week. Still plugging along with the electrician and the siding.
Today was such a beautiful spring day that we planted a couple Asian pear trees Uncle Walt sent to us!!
About 2 weeks ago Mom caught Osker with a piece of disgusting, decaying fish flesh in his mouth. A week later he ended up in the hospital overnight with salmon poisoning. As soon as they gave him antibiotics he recovered quickly and is back to his naughty self!!
